Cashew Cumin Sour Cream

This delicious sour cream made with a cashew base is delicious on tacos, drizzled a top salads or poured over baked sweet potatoes. It’s also great for dipping those sweet potato fries!

The Goods: Cashew Cumin Sour Cream

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

The Magic:

Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth.
