- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (optional)
- juice of 1 lemon
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add one teaspoon of ground turmeric and reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. Next, add lemon juice (and entire lemon if desired) and a smidgen of honey to taste.
