Healing Turmeric Tea

Turmeric is made from a distinctive orange root that’s native to Indonesia and southern India. A relative to ginger, this warm and peppery flavored-spice is a healing remedy, condiment and textile dye making it a jack-of-all-trades. The active component in turmeric, curcumin, is what makes it the most powerful natural anti-inflammatory agent discovered thus far.
