Oatmeal Mason Jar Breakfast Meals

A SIMPLE RECIPE FOR THE WEEK

These breakfast jars are a cinch to make and will delight you throughout the week!

Recipe

The Goods:

  • Each 16 oz jar contains:
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats, gluten-free
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • liquid stevia, 2 drops (optional)

Topping ideas:

  1. Mango-macadamia-coconut
  2. Blueberry pistachio
  3. Strawberry almond
  4. Chocolate with Goji berries & pepitas
  5. Almond butter with cacao nibs & slivered almonds

The Magic:

Combine oats, chia seeds & almond milk in jar.

Add the combination of fruits & nuts listed above or create your own.

Store in fridge & enjoy throughout the week!
