A SIMPLE RECIPE FOR THE WEEK
These breakfast jars are a cinch to make and will delight you throughout the week!
- Each 16 oz jar contains:
- 1/4 cup rolled oats, gluten-free
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- liquid stevia, 2 drops (optional)
- Blueberry pistachio
- Strawberry almond
- Chocolate with Goji berries & pepitas
- Almond butter with cacao nibs & slivered almonds
Combine oats, chia seeds & almond milk in jar.
Add the combination of fruits & nuts listed above or create your own.
Store in fridge & enjoy throughout the week!
