About Forest Bathing

Forests have always healed us. They give us oxygen, clean air, and clean water. They’ve fed us, sheltered us, and for as long as we can remember – restored us. Until recently, there was little science to explain what we’ve always felt. Now there is.

Trees release compounds called phytoncides – a natural defense that also works on us: boosting immunity, lowering cortisol, reducing blood pressure, improving sleep, calming the nervous system.

Just being amongst the trees is enough.
